Who We Are
Even though Fijian Love-in Caregivers is only entering the industry now as a fully fledged business, we had been in the Caregiving industry since 2000 as caregivers and as Caregiving Agencies Administrators since 2017.
Our vast experience in the industry has enabled us to form Fijian Love-in Caregivers and to serve our community by providing the required care for our elder folks.
We are a NON-MEDICAL group of Carers but will work closely with the doctors and nurses assigned to the cases to help the smooth running of our patient’s care plan as set out by the nurses.
We do have our own Care Plan which we will explain in detail in our initial meet-up with the clients or their representatives.
Though non-medical, our caregivers can, upon approval of our clients, be used to administer medication at the assigned time and also be the hands and ears of our medical team at the ground level. They can be used to update the nurses of developments in the patient health, on a daily basis.
Because they are experienced and knowledgeable, they will recommend what they think will assist the patient in their everyday life, like holding bars, walkers, shower bars and seats and many other things that will make the life of the patient safe and bearable.
Fijian Love-in Caregivers administrators will be closely involved with the progress of the care and will liaise directly with the POA’s on financial and patient care matters.
All our caregiver will undergo a training program to prepare them for the task of providing comfort to their individual patient and to be able to customize their Care according to the individual cases.
Fijian Love-in Caregivers administration staff will be closely monitoring the situation as well, and directly liaising with family members when necessary.
